With beginning of the order activity, by clicking the corresponding ordering button, the buyer accepts all issues of the following agreements.

The purchase of a Play-Along-Guitar is subject to the legal warranty engagements of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The purchase of titles (MP3 files) entitles the purchaser to use the acquired titles on a AMP-GUITAR and to make a backup copy for the purpose of data security. Any other kind of the duplication and spreading as well as the resale of the provided copies are forbidden.

Originals and copy may be operated in no case at the same time on several AMP-GUITAR`s. The titles may be just made accessible in respect of third parties, if this is necessary for the own use.

The written concomitant material as well as the auxiliary files supplied, may be reproduced neither completely nor partly in any form except for own purposes of personal archiving. Provided text files may be printed out as the case may be multiplied for own use maximally five times.

The preparation of a demo recording for demonstration and the associated passing on to potential customers of the buyer is permitted. This propagation of the recording may not be used for commercial purposes, but just for demonstration purposes. Of course the appropriate GEMA dues for this propagation must be carried out, since it concerns a commercial use.

The authors of the music titles commit themselves to be precise and professional by the creation, but do not take over warranty for their correctness.

Since it is possible the customer before purchase to test our titles (MP3 demo versions), our music titles are non-returnable, except for that the supplied data are defective or useless in terms of technical errors. In this case you turn, with complete error description, to the contractor play-along-guitar@gmx.de to the purpose of the rework.

In the case of sale of the titles may only one original Datafile be sold. The salesman has to delete or sell along any backup copy, thus that the salesman remains no copies of the respective titles.

All supplies exclusively take place against prepayment.

Special dates of delivery are just valid if the contractor confirmed them in written form.

Falls the contractor behind with his services, then has to be granted a reasonable period of additional respite. After effectless expiration of respite the customer can withdraw from the contract. The assertion of damage caused by delay is excluded.

The delivered good remain property of the contractor until full payment. The customer assigns his claim of resale through this to the contractor. The contractor accepts the assignment through this.

If one of the above provisions is ineffective, then this does not affect validity of the other provisions. The ineffective clause shall then be replaced by a clause that is as close as possible to the ineffective clause.
